Job Description
The Technical Officer will oversee and handle the company’s technical operations. This role ensures all systems, technologies, and processes function and . The officer will collaborate with various departments to implement systems, upgrade technology, and tackle technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- More redundantly: System upkeep and working out the bugs: Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot and solve technical issues, and ensure that systems and software all run smoothly.
- Adoption of New Technologies: Analyze, design, put into action, and upgrade technology providers and systems to advance and meet business requirements in collaboration with the R&D and IT team.
- Internal Support: Support internal teams to ensure all employees are able to use technology tools and systems.

- Leadership Skills: Plan and manage technical projects beginning through finish, ensuring on-time project delivery and adhering to budgets.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any related area will be of significant advantage to the candidate. Certification may be a plus point as well.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of [X] Years of good technical experience is necessary in the candidate’s role. This must be obtained through on-site experience in system administration, technical support, or project management.

- Project Management Experience: Experience in the lure or engagement to tech based projects, making sure time limits and objectives are achieved according to the set out plan.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: The core fundamentals and best practices of cybersecurity enable a responsible person to sustain the integrity of a system and security of data.
- Communication Skills: Fantastic written and verbal abilities and the capability to detail complex technical issues to non-technical supervisors in a clear and understandable manner.
- Leadership Qualities: A leader who can set, implement, and survey the progress of the technical team must also be able to give guidance and direction as the need arises.
